Home boarding is the perfect alternative to kennels. Instead of your dog being kept in solitude
within a concrete run, your dog can come and stay in a home from home environment.
Two to four meals per day, according to your dog’s age and requirements. Constant
canine and human companionship. Access to the garden as necessary with a ‘night night’ biscuit given to signal
going to sleep at around 11.00pm
Exercise is
given according to breed, age and fitness of your dog. Dogs are let off lead if they can be trusted to recall and if the owner
gives their permission. Toys are available at all times. Chews and bones are given as treats providing your dog does not have
any medical reason to withhold this. All dogs must be sociable with other dogs, and will have been through a meet and greet
process before being accepted for home boarding.
Puppies are accepted from 8 weeks onwards but are charged at a higher rate. Bitches in season are accepted but at a
higher rate, and are categorically not let off the lead, and are not walked off the property when they are in standing heat.
Entire male dogs are not accepted over the age of 10 months.
I have had over 17 years experience of boarding many different breeds of dog, each and everyone are different
and have different needs and wants. Because I am not a kennel, I can provide a very personalised service, whatever your dog
needs in order to make his/her stay with me a happy and enjoyable one.
